Overnight Bircher Museli
This recipe gets is based off of Bircher Jars and gets me one small Jars worth so double/triple the recipe as needed depending on how much you want to make per batch!
1/3 cup (39 grams) muesli
2/3 cup (160 ml) milk of choice (I use coconut milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A pinch of sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice to taste)
For serving you can top it with basically anything you like. I use thinly sliced apple, berries and a pinch of cinnamon sugar!
Mix the muesli, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and sea salt in a jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning you just need to give the mixture a good stir, add your toppings and enjoy!
