Alina and I have started a fun little ritual of mummy/daughter time. Once a month we have a little girly day out at our local shopping centre Garden City Perth. It has turned into one of her favourite things to do together as Garden City has all of Alina’s favourite shops and activities in one place (mine too!).

I get asked a lot about the things we get up to together so I thought I’d share our last Mummy Daughter Day at Garden City.

We always start it off with coffee and a smiley face cookie from our favourite cafe in the centre Coffea Fine Espresso. They do the best coffee, I actually used to frequent their cafe when they were situated on Adross Street in Applecross. They now have two stores in Garden City.

After I had my coffee we went to get Alina a little treat that she loves, a mani and pedi! It’s so cute to see her little face light up doing something that big girls do! There are three nail salon’s in the centre to choose from, we visit Professionail.

We then stopped off at Cotton On Kids so that Alina could choose a new ballet dress. Which turned into her colouring in and not wanting to leave the store ha-ha!

Our next stop was LUSH for bath bombs! We can never leave the centre without stopping at LUSH! The staff are so friendly and make Alina feel really special and excited to choose her bath bombs, no wonder she always wants to stop by!

We also couldn’t go past Peter Alexander as Alina spotted one of her friends in the window, hello cookie monster PJ’s!

Someone got a little hungry and requested Sushi, there are some great little spots to eat at Garden City.

On the way to pick me a little treat from one of my faves Alina asked if she could buy some treats for her and her daddy to enjoy with a movie! Lollies, of course…

I finally made it to my favourite store, MECCA! Where I picked up some face masks and goodies for my own pamper time.

We finished off our girls day choosing some fresh flowers for our dining table and excited to enjoy all of our goodies at home!

All in all, it was the perfect mother daughter day and we can’t wait to do it all over again.
